ABOUT OUR HOSPITAL

Located in historic Bristol, Pennsylvania, Lower Bucks Hospital was founded by a community grassroots movement in 1954. LBH is known for an outstanding medical staff, skilled and compassionate nurses, the very latest in advanced technology, and a state-of-the-art, beautifully wooded 36-acre medical campus.

We have more than 400 physicians and over 1,400 employees and volunteers ready to help you when you most need help. The first cardiac catheterization in Bucks County was performed here; our Emergency Department treats more than 30,000 patients each year and we have welcomed more than 70,000 newborns into the world—more than any other hospital in Bucks County.

From our sophisticated MRI Center to our Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, from open-heart surgery to comprehensive emergency medicine, we deliver “a lifetime of caring” to our neighbors in Lower Bucks.
